1.申请材料齐全。 2.转受让双方合资格。 3.已在拆迁范围内暂停办理有关事项并予以公示的项目,项目转受让单位应在办理《建设用地规划许可证》主体变更手续完成后30日内,共同就变更事项在拆迁范围内公示事宜,向项目所在区县拆迁主管部门提出书面申请;或已依法取得《房屋拆迁许可证》,拆迁还未结案的项目,转受让双方应在取得立项、规划、国有土地使用主体变更批准文件后10日内,到区县拆迁主管部门申请办理《房屋拆迁许可证》主体变更手续。 4.符合法律法规的规定。
